Richard McAuley, President and owner

Mr. McAuley began his carrier in the petroleum industry working for his father Chuck at the McAuley Oil Company. Starting as plant manager in 1974 by 1978 he became the president and co-owner of the company now called McAuley LCX. Today, McAuley LCX is the holding company for the Los Coyotes Country Club in Buena Park and several other parcels in Southern California. In 1982, Rick left the active management of McAuley LCX and formed Petroleum Recycling Corporation (PRC). PRC grew to become a $25 million a year firm with three facilities and over 50 services vehicles. In 1993, PRC was acquired by a public company and by 1995 Mr. McAuley left the company to begin his current activities.

Mr. McAuley serves on the following non-profit organizations; CHP 11-99 Foundation, Boys & Girls Club of Buena Park, Long Beach Salvation Army, Jonathan Jacques Children's Cancer Center. Mr. McAuley is married and has three sons, a daughter and two step-sons.


Alan McAuley, Vice President and Principal Broker

Alan's first “real” job was working at the Signal Hill facility of his father's company PRC the summer of 1994. He learned the facility side of the business as assistant to the plant manager at the ripe age of 16. After that summer, throughout high school and part of collage Alan worked in the marketing and management of the surf, skate and snow industry. While finishing college he worked in the sales, marketing and analysis support for a group of brokers at Purdential Financial. Graduating in 2001 from San Diego State University, Alan went on to provide business consulting services to companies in San Diego. In 2004 Alan joined the Aztec Group, taking on the day to day operations of the energy side of the business. In 2006, Alan obtained his California Real Estate Brokers License. Currently he directs the Investment and Property divisions of the company.

Alan serves on the CHP 11-99, Salvation Army of Long Beach and the Lee Hammil Memorial golf Committees. He is an Active member of the Buena Park Chamber of Commerce. Alan is blessed with a wonderful wife and two great children.
